Currently, my blog has almost no visitors. But I got my first follower on May 7th, 2011 (thanks, manish sharma!), because I commented on a post of his on web building. To get more visitors on your site, you should try these tips:
- Make sure you have a blog. Then seek out blogs similar in content to yours and comment on them.
- On your blog, you should have a sidebar. Put a link to your website on it. This way, people will easily find your site.
- Link your site to your public profile (Twitter, Google, etc.).
- To see the visitor stats, use a tracker like Google Analytics.
- Post good content on your website, and don't keep it "blah, blah" and make sure it loads in less than seven seconds.

Let me know how it goes! It may take a month or more. I have been waiting for over two months for people to land and stay on my site. You just have to be patient. Your site is probably similar to hundreds of other sites.
